Heidi has over 34 years of global commercial and leadership experience, and has worked with more than 3,500 professionals and 250 leadership teams.
As a licenced practitioner in: Coaching Training, Insights Discovery, Clifton Strengths, Herrmann Brain, Creative Problem-Solving, Change Management, and Scrum Mastery, Heidi draws on this rich expertise to consult and create immersive programs that build confidence, commercial acumen, and collaborative excellence.
Her career spans senior roles at GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer, where she led national capability strategies and global engagement initiatives. From sales leadership to medical affairs.
